Items that are purchased and paid for will be packed and shipped by Schmalz Auctions. Bidders will be responsible for all packing and shipping charges. Please advise Schmalz Auctions of your preferred shipping method prior to the auction otherwise the items will be shipped the most cost effective way by default. Accepted Payment Methods:
1. Online bidder registration information must be kept up to date and accurate, and finances must be in place for any purchases before any bid is placed.
2. Online Bidders must provide a valid credit card.
3. There will be a 12% Buyer Premium charge applied to all purchases.
4. A 4% administration fee is applicable to any MasterCard/Visa transactions.
5. All Bidders must understand that internet bidding may be subject to error due to loss or delay of internet connection.
6. Schmalz Auctions will notify the bidder of their purchase, and payment is due upon receipt of invoice.
7. After an item has been sold, that item is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. All merchandise is sold AS IS/WHERE IS. Schmalz Auctions are not responsible for missing parts. No bidder shall retract his/her bid. All sales are final.
7. Packing and shipping costs will be the buyer’s responsibility. Receipts will be sent with the purchase.
8.All bidders are responsible to notify Schmalz Auctions immediately of shipping/pick up instructions for their items or they will be shipped with lowest shipping options. We request that bidders call or email to inquire shipping costs.
9. If you leave an absentee bid or proxy bid online, your bid will be collected at the same time as live floor bids at the time of the auction.Please note that "LIVE" or "FLOOR" bids take priority over proxy bids in all situations. In the event of a tie in the bidding, the winning bid will awarded to the floor bidder in all situations.
