Items that are purchased and paid for will be packed and shipped by Schmalz Auctions when the sale is concluded. The buyer will be responsible for all packing and shipping charges.

6. Schmalz Auctions will notify the bidder of their purchase, and payment is due upon receipt of invoice.
7. After an item has been sold, that item is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. All merchandise is sold AS IS/WHERE IS. Schmalz Auctions are not responsible for missing parts. No bidder shall retract his/her bid. All sales are final.
7. Packing and shipping costs will be the buyer’s responsibility. Receipts will be sent with the purchase.
8.All bidders are responsible to notify Schmalz Auctions immediately of shipping/pick up instructions for their items or they will be shipped with lowest shipping options. We request that bidders call or email to inquire shipping costs.
9. If you leave an absentee bid or proxy bid online, your bid will be collected at the same time as live floor bids at the time of the auction.Please note that "LIVE" or "FLOOR" bids take priority over proxy bids in all situations. In the event of a tie in the bidding, the winning bid will awarded to the floor bidder in all situations.
