1. We will ship to Canada , USA, Europe.
2. Packing and shipping costs will be the buyer’s responsibility. Bidders should be aware of the size and weight restrictions in place by Canada Post.
3. Receipts will be sent to the email address on file for each bidder.
Payment Details:
Items will need to be picked up in Parkisde, SK within a week with a paid receipt. Pick ups are permitted an hour after the sale has completed.

7. After an item has been sold, that item is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. All merchandise is sold AS IS/WHERE IS. Schmalz Auctions are not responsible for missing parts. No bidder shall retract his/her bid. All sales are final.

10. If you leave an absentee bid or proxy bid online, your bid will be collected at the same time as live floor bids at the time of the auction. Please note that "ABSENTEE" or "PROXY" bids take priority over live bids in all situations. In the event of a tie in the bidding, the winning bid will awarded to the proxy bidder in all situations.
