Items that are purchased and paid for will be carefully packed and shipped by Schmalz Auctions.
The buyer will be responsible for all packing and shipping charges. The cost of the actual shipping will applied to the credit card on file.
Payment Details:
Payment in full will be due upon receipt of invoice. The credit card provided upon registration will be charged. We do not accept any other form of payment. If you wish to pay by means other than credit card please be present to bid at the live auction site. No exceptions.

6. Schmalz Auctions will notify the bidder of their purchase, and payment is due upon receipt of invoice.
7. After an item has been sold, that item is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. All merchandise is sold AS IS/WHERE IS. Schmalz Auctions are not responsible for missing parts. No bidder shall retract his/her bid. All sales are final.
7. Packing and shipping costs will be the buyer’s responsibility. Receipts will be sent with the purchase.
