Items that are purchased and paid for will be packed and shipped. The buyer will be responsible for all packing and shipping charges. The cost of the actual shipping receipts will be sent with the purchase.

1. Online bidder registration information must be kept up to date and accurate, and finances must be in place for any purchases before any bid is placed.

5. All Bidders need understand that internet bidding may be subject to error due to loss or delay of internet connection. Schmalz Auctions is not responsible for lost or incorrect bids due to these errors or delays.
6. Schmalz Auctions will notify the bidder of their purchase, and payment is due upon receipt of invoice.
7. After an item has been sold, that item is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. All merchandise is sold AS IS/WHERE IS. Schmalz Auctions are not responsible for missing parts. No bidder shall retract his/her bid. All sales are final.
8. Packing and shipping costs will be the buyer’s responsibility. Most packages will be sent through Canada Post unless otherwise communicated with Schmalz Auctions prior to the sale commencing. Bidders should be aware of the size and weight restrictions in place by Canada Post. Receipts will be sent to the email address on file for each bidder.
9. All bidders are responsible to select their preference of shipping/pick up instructions for their items or they will be shipped with most cost-effective shipping options. We encourage bidders to call or email to enquire about shipping costs.
10. If you leave an absentee bid or proxy bid online, your bid will be collected at the same time as live floor bids at the time of the auction. Please note that "ABSENTEE" or "PROXY" bids take priority over live bids in all situations. In the event of a tie in the bidding, the winning bid will awarded to the proxy bidder in all situations.
